Laminating

A full range of laminates are available, plain colours, wood laminates, textured laminates and metallic laminates, which are all available on our flush doors with either concealed lippings or exposed lippings.

 

Concealed lippings

A concealed lipping is when the laminate is laminated over the lipping, so as you stand face on to the door you cannot see the lipping.

 

Exposed lippings

An exposed lipping is achieved by lipping the door after the door has been laminated, so to look at the door you would see a timber perimeter around the door.

 

Exposed and Concealed lippings are perfectly suited to different applications and the choice between one or the other is completely down to customer choice and what sort of design you are looking for.
